International Assignment Manager - Interim

Client: leading industrial player. US company.
Location : near Brussels
Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to deliver a high quality service to the organization in relation to International Mobility within the EMEA region.The EMEA International Mobility Manager will coordinate all international mobility within EMEA region as a unique key-interface between all parties involved (i.e. line manager, associate, host HR, home HR, regional HR). The job holder will also assist in cross-regional moves.
2 direct reports : Expat Coordinators
Requirements:
- University degree preferably with major in HR, Economics, or Law; with 6 to 8 years of deep and varied experience in International Mobility / Expatriate management for a diverse and varied population.
- Deep knowledge of the tax, legal and compliance issues with regard to International Mobility / Expatriate Management.
- Must have experience working for a Multinational Company.
