Management Assistant HR (expatriation) FT/PT
Monday, August 09, 2010In this position you are responsible for the administrative support of our HR Expat Care team.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative support of the HR Expat Managers regarding expat policies of clients;
- Operational handling of working permit- procedures
- When required provide inhouse support at client to coordinate expat assignments;
- Support your interim- colleague and coordinate communication between clients, providers and colleagues.
Profile:
- 3 to 5 years working experience within a international company, preferably within international assignment department, or relevant experience;
- Bachelor degree or higher;
- Strong command of the Dutch and English language;
- Self starter, good communicator, team player and hands- on person;
- Client focused, social and flexible;
- Good knowledge of MsOffice package.
